Yesterday was a waste of a day. Killer migraine; I canceled both things I had (work and doc appointment) and spent most of the day in bed hiding under the covers. I haven't had one that bad in a while, and it really totally sucked. Today has just...been A Day, starting with work craziness and then a migraine and then mortgage stuff and ugh. The migraine wants to come back, apparently I need a new mattress for my daybed, and I just want to hide under the covers right about now.

1. Buddy is apparently doing fine. He cried for about an hour after we left, then he settled down. But he's been eating and drinking and doing his business, and the woman I spoke with said he'd been participating in activities, so I'm going to presume he's okay and not worry too much about it. I have no idea what was up with Buddy last night, but he was not having a good night. He was whining a lot and whimpering and generally unhappy; Morgan took him out once, and then again, and then one more time because we couldn't figure out what else to do for him. Morgan came home early yesterday to be with Buddy while the fence guys finished, which was a good thing as the poor guy was more than a bit freaked. But he's loving the new yard, and we were playing fetch last night for a bit which was fun. In good news, the fence guys showed up just as I was walking out the door to leave. The fence folks aren't here yet because they couldn't find my house. I didn't think we were that difficult to find--the FedEx and UPS guys find me without problems, and when I look up directions on Google Maps or wherever it knows where I am--but this is either the second or third time someone's had trouble finding us.
